I've spent twenty years figuring out what makes people care. Sometimes that's meant leading creative departments. Sometimes building brands. Sometimes scribbling down the idea on my hand and making the thing myself.

I've led teams, pitches, campaigns, identities and creative transformations. I've also spent an unreasonable amount of time adjusting something three pixels because it didn't feel right. I'm equally comfortable setting the vision and getting my hands dirty making it real.

Today, that includes helping creative teams understand and adopt AI—not as a substitute for creativity, but as another tool for extending it.

Tools change.

People don't change nearly as fast.

We still want to laugh. Belong. Discover. Desire. Remember. Feel understood.

That's the part of the job I'm interested in.
